"Solid little wallet"
Grabbed a Ledger after checking out a few wallets. Price felt fair, setup was easy, and it feels sturdy. Nice not having some monthly fee too. Good buy for keeping my crypto safer.

The app does sync eventually, so I guess I can’t complain too much. It’s just that sometimes it takes longer than I’d expect, which can be a little frustrating when I’m waiting on it. Not perfect, but it gets there in the end.

Staking does work, but the rewards take a while to actually show up. I kept having to check back and refresh things just to see if anything had changed, which felt like extra work I didn’t really want to deal with.

I had an issue with my ledger setup and felt a bit ignored for a while because it took longer than I expected to get a proper response. Once support finally got back to me, they were helpful and explained things clearly enough. It was a frustrating start, but I did get everything working again in the end.

"Warranty replacement was smoother than I expected"
I had an issue with my Ledger after a few months and figured the warranty process might be annoying. But support just asked for a few details and a quick video, then approved the replacement fast. The new device showed up in about a week and has been working fine since. There was a little waiting between emails, but nothing too bad. I already thought Ledger would probably handle it fairly, and this pretty much confirmed that for me.

"Easy setup and solid peace of mind"
I was a little nervous about setting up the recovery phrase, but the Ledger app made it straightforward. It walked me through everything at a pace that didn’t feel rushed, if that makes sense. I wrote the phrase down, double-checked it, and felt good about it. Later on, I tried restoring it on another device just to be sure, and it worked without any issues. Took a few minutes, and nothing was missing. Definitely gave me some peace of mind.

"Battery life has been better than I expected"
I mainly bought my Ledger for the security side of things, but the battery life has been a pleasant surprise. I don’t use it every single day, maybe just a few times a week, and I feel like it barely needs charging. It can sit in my drawer for days and still hold a charge well, which makes me wonder if they quietly improved the battery or power management or something. Setup was smooth too, no real headaches there. For such a small device, the battery has been way better than I expected. Easy 5 stars from me.

It took longer than I expected. I usually have a reasonable standard for timing, so I was a little disappointed with the wait, but overall it eventually got handled.

"Ledger Live has been easy to use"
I’ve used a few crypto wallet apps before, and Ledger Live has been one of the smoother ones for me. It’s easy to check my coins, see what’s going on, and send things without having to mess around too much. Overall, it just does what I need without making it complicated.

I ordered from ledger.com and, at least from what I remember, the delivery was straightforward. The tracking updated along the way and it showed up on the day they said it would. Box looked fine when it arrived too. It wasn’t super fast or anything, but it was reliable enough

"Works fine, but the extra services could be better"
I’ve used Ledger to buy crypto and also tried the swap feature a few times. Buying was mostly okay, though the fees felt a little higher than I expected. The swaps did work, but they weren’t always super smooth. One of them took longer than I thought it would, and the rate shifted a bit, which was annoying. The app is easy to use and I still trust the device itself, but something about it feels like the extra services should be a bit clearer and more reliable. It’s not bad, just not amazing either.

"Took a Bit, But It Worked"
It didn’t work right away, which was a little annoying, but after a few tries it finally did what it was supposed to do. Not the smoothest experience, but I’d say it got the job done in the end.

"Support took way too long"
I had an issue with my Ledger account and reached out to support, but the replies were really slow. I did get an answer eventually, but it took a few days and felt like I was being ignored for a while. That part was weird
